  1. UserName and Email Address in Azure, I believe it doesn’t like that theses values are different. Is there a way around this? At this time we need these values to be different for system reasons.

  5. We are unable to use the ringcentral click to
    dial function from within the individual contact record, however it is
    working from our contacts list. We will just click to dial from the list.

  6. how can we get rid of the intro that promps you to speak to an operator as we dont have one and it goes to the wrong person when there is no operator. we are really just trying to simplify this.

  9. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.

  12. I wanted to propose a feature enhancement for the RingCentral Apps. It would be beneficial if we could have an option in the Admin Portal to enable or disable the Glip messaging feature. This control could be restricted to Super Admins, ensuring that access to toggle this feature on or off is limited to those with the highest privileges.

    I believe this addition would provide greater flexibility and control over messaging capabilities within our organization.

  14. Need to sync all detailed information of Call Logs and RC Analytics in Hubspot Call Logs
    For Call Logs, we need to see the Call Length and Duration.
    For RC Analytics, we want to see the selected filter in RC Analytics to the Hubspot Analytics reports

  20. I think a lot of the issues come from the integration not being used/coded to it’s fullest. Do you have teams dedicated to integration build-out (specifically for Salesforce implementation)? Either way, let me know and we can go from there!
