Add Smartsheet as integration option
Smartsheet is the project management software I use and it links with Gmail easily, so linking it with RingCentral also would be great. If I could easily attach voicemails to a Smartsheet row, that would be awesome! -Using a button, I realize I can do this already on my own.

show current call in ALL Calls log when you call them, currently is after the call.
It would allow you to text the person you are on a call with without going back out of the app.

Calendar Management
Zoom as this feature where you can manage sync and manage your Google Calendar straight from their dashboard. You guys should add this as well. I attached a screenshot on how it looks on Zoom.

Choose Destination Folder for Archiver Backups
The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose. MS Teams embeddable app to choose default tab
Every time I click on the RingCentral integration in Teams it defaults to the Phone tab.In Settings, I can see you can change the tab order. I did this and put HUD first, however, it still defaults to loading the Phone tab whenever I click into RingCentral.It would be nice to be able to set the default tab (unless of course there is good reason for Phone loading) as I'm more interested in seeing the presence than the dialer and call history.

Allow Reincubate Camo integration in RingCentral App.
Reincubate Camo is a 3rd party camera app that allows you to use your phone's camera as the web cam. RingCentral Meetings allowed the integration, but the new RingCentral App does not. Your phone's camera is a much better camera than most built in webcams. RedTail Integration independent of Browser
RedTail integration should not be limited by the web browser. Currently, RingCentral can only integrate using Google's Chrome browser. This is unacceptable and non-standard for the financial services industry (which widely uses RedTail). In fact, we have come across no other tech that requires a specific browser to integrate with RedTail. Please update.
