Directory Sync to VideoPro License
It'd be great to have a way to choose the default license type for users.
Currently while we've got Directory Sync on, it often fails because we've exhausted our licenses, I've got some users that we want to have in RC to handle analytics, or manage the RC instance, instead of just adding them to the group we've got syncing they need to be manually created in RC.

It would be great if we had the option to use RingCentral's conference feature in MS Teams (Conference, participant, and access codes)
Currently, we only support Phone, SMS, and Fax in MS Teams Embedded App.

Presence Sync - RC App call status
I have enabled Teams integration. When I enable Teams Presence sync users are going on Do Not Disturb with out their doing. In the Audit it shows my user toggling on and off DND for these users, I am not. If I disable presence sync, this stops. Is there some sort of setting that is causing this.
Users state they do not have any calendar items that would be setting them to be busy.3 votes -
RC for Salesforce - Tasks creation
How do we prevent tasks from being created for missed calls? We only want to create a task when a call is answered. In the Auto Save Setting, Pop matching Salesforce entity record on call is set to answered. Auto-create call log-on is not checked. What setting do we need to update to avoid creating Tasks for missed calls

Opening a contact in existing browser tab | RingCentral for Salesforce
Using RingCentral for Salesforce integration, we are looking for an option to pull the contact page on the existing page instead of opening another tab/window after manually clicking the name of the contact on the CTI dialer.

multiple users can monitor the same calls
Is there any way I can monitor a call and make a call simultaneously? Additionally, can I have the person I called listen to the call I'm monitoring? Is this feature available in the RingCentral app? If not, can we add it?

Clio Grow
Team,
I am posting this on behalf of a client who is using Clio Grow as their CRM.
Our Unified CRM (RingCentral Lab) integration only works with the standard Clio platform, and not Clio Grow.

Prevent users from downloading marketplace apps
The "add bots" permission only prevents users from downloading and installing certain type of marketplace apps.
A permission to prevent users from downloading ALL types of marketplace apps would be highly appreciated.
Also, having an option to block app install but manage approval and installation by Super Damins would be very useful.3 votes -
Add Additional Time Blocks in Custom Rule
Since the change to the Service Web UI, I noticed that we have broken custom rules due to the added limitations put in for the days.
Currently our on call rule shows as follows:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 04:30 PM - 08:00 AM
Fri 04:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Sun, Sat all dayYou will notice that Monday at 0000h (Midnight) to 0800 is missing.

Support short extension dialing on the Chrome extension
Currently, the RingCentral Google Chrome dialing experience is inconsistent with the dialing experience across our other supported RC endpoints. The request is to support the short extension dialing in this area as well. For customers that deploy the Google Chrome Extension for G-Suite as their primary soft-endpoint, it would be more consistent to have inter-site, extension-based dialing, using the short extension as is available in other RC endpoints.

Zendesk - Missed Call Search & Update
Ability to update the Email Notification when a new voicemail is received. It would be helpful to update this specific ticket when placing the outbound call to respond to the voicemail. However, the Email Notification ticket is not offered and there is no way to search for it or enter the ticket number to bring it up.

This would offer the ability to log inbound and outbound calls directly to opportunity/case activities. This could be similar to the "related to" field in SFDC.

Salesforce: Add MS Teams embedded dialer plugin as supported outbound endpoint
Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application and Salesforce as the CRM. It would be helpful for users to be able to stay in Teams for calling while using Salesforce.

Call Waiting for Teams Embedded App while on Teams call/meeting
RingEx has a feature so that, when on a call, there's a tone instead of a full ring. This functionality should be extended to the Teams Embedded App, i.e. to detect if the user is on a Teams call/Teams meeting and provide a polite notification if on a Teams meeting.
