Write Back Phone Number for Microsoft Entra SCIM Provisioning
I am not sure if this is a limitation of Microsoft's or RingCentral's or if this was just an oversight when the SCIM provisioning integration was built in Entra (formerly Azure AD). However, it would be nice if automatic provisioning could read the phone number assigned to a user in RingCentral and set the user's phone number in Entra.

Allow directory sync API for RC Contact Center to sync custom fields/directory names.
In Quebec, Canada there is a law referred to as 'French First' - this means Quebec-based businesses are required to use French whenever and wherever possible, before English. The RC → Contact Center Corporate Directory sync enforces a 'Corporate Directory' in English to be present. If the API does not find this directory, it will create it. For our customers in Quebec, this creates a problem where they will rename the directory to the French "Repertoire d'entreprise" but will not sync, and a new English 'Corporate Directory' is created nightly, with updated/synced contacts.The sync API does not allow for custom…

Sync status of MS Teams meeting with RC App during meeting. As of now while on MS Teams meeting , RC app remains on the current status (available) so users are receiving calls on RC app while on a meeting in MS Teams.

Using the Archiver feature, specific to Smarsh it would be very helpful if you can customize the data or make certain data fields more descriptive when sending the data to Smarsh. Currently the data is sent as is and once the data flows into Smarsh many of the data fields are blank are use general terms. For example, allowing for the users first name and last name to flow through would be extremely helpful.

Allow Contacts from Connected Accounts (M365, Outlook, Google) to be Added to Favorites
Currently, users cannot add contacts integrated via M365, Outlook, or Google to their Favorites within the RingCentral app. When these contacts are the source, the option to add to favorites (STAR button) is not available.
In contrast, contacts originating from RingCentral, TELUS, or AT&T can be added to Favorites without issue.
Users should be able to add contacts from connected accounts (M365, Outlook, Google) to their Favorites, provided the contact has a valid phone number. This aligns the behavior with contacts originating from RingCentral, TELUS, or AT&T.

HubSpot SMS workflow automation to reflect in Hubspot
Currently, SMS messages sent through HubSpot workflow automation are successfully delivered but are not automatically logged to HubSpot activity feeds. This creates a gap in activity tracking and makes it difficult for users to see a complete communication history within HubSpot.

Remove the RingCentral notification from the Teams app activities channel
The end-user prefers not to have RingCentral notifications on their Teams app activities channel. Currently, we do not have the option on RingCentral side to remove or disable it.

I have not been able to find a simple solution to download our Teams chat history. I am aware that I can download the Teams messages in the app settings, but it only saves as a .json file, which is not useful for my purposes. Requesting a complete data download of our Teams messages, including all reactions, images, files, and other documents shared within the messages?

HubSpot: Remember pop-up window settings
When we first sign into HubSpot and open the calling window, two windows open up. One pop-up within the HubSpot app and the other is an independent browser window (app.hubspot.com/calling-integration-popup-ui). It would be nice to have the system remember not to pop-up the in HubSpot window the next time we log in if the user has chosen to turn it off in the settings area.

Ringcentral voice announcing for outbound calls!!
Also, there should be the ability to record each users voice for outbound calls. It would be so simple to do! For example each time a user makes an outbound call the voice recording of the user could say, Hello, this is ______________ from XYZ company on a recorded line.... then the user would just take over the call seamlessly. Your current way of announcing causes everyone to hang up! This is super important in Florida as we are a two party consent state for call recording. Pop up the app for inbound calls in RC for HubSpot CTI
Currently, when the calling option is set to Browser and the 'Pop up the app for inbound calls' is enabled, users will still need be on the HubSpot page to see the pop up window for inbound calls.
It would be great if we have an option for the pop up window to appear even if the end-user is not on the HubSpot page during the incoming call.

I want to sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace without changing our current SCIM setup.
I have some teams on Google Voice that need to be able to see our other teams on RingCentral for call handling.Importing via a .csv file is not effective as the file will need to be periodically downloaded from RingCentral, and then imported into Google Workspace.

MS Teams presence status change in Audit Trail
Currently, every time a user changes their status in MS Teams/Teams Embedded App, it shows in the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal, which causes the logs to become cluttered, making it difficult to track other important activities.
We are looking for an option to prevent these status change logs from appearing in the audit trail.
