  2. Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

  3. You can only blind transfer with the HubSpot Plug In. We need to be able to talk to who we are transferring to first. Please add this feature. It is already a RingCentral Feature just need the option added to the HubSpot Plug In.

  5. Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

  6. when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status

  7. we need this feature added so we can just dial from google sheet and without going to a different program or software, it will integrate this on rc app and will get all customers' details including their address to easily verify the account

  8. This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

  9. It would be a great idea if we could personalize the user status when on a call using RingCentral for Microsoft Teams. At the moment when the user is on a call, it is showing "Busy" and it would be great if we could change it to "On a Call"

  10. Recently, we've integrated RC with HubSpot, but the RC Chrome extension is only synced with HubSpot records such as contacts and leads. It doesn't sync with the main RC directory. Consequently, we can't transfer calls from the extension and can only make internal calls using the desktop app since the directory isn't accessible via the extension. Our goal is to sync both directories to enable seamless communication.

  15. Hi there. We have a use case where we want the ability for customers to inbound call but only get through to an agent if a code has been input. For example we only want calls to be routed to someone if they have paid for a service and that payment number is input via the dialpad. We need a way to confirm payment is made and was thinking a way would be to read from our CRM (Salesforce) record field.   16. We are using the RC integration into teams. If someone calls and we press reply and choose "I will call you back in 10 minutes", it says that phrase to the customer.
    The customer then has 5 options, for example, press 2 to leave a voicemail, 3 to respond Yes, 4 to respond No, or 5 to respond "Call me Urgently".

  18. I am not sure if this is a limitation of Microsoft's or RingCentral's or if this was just an oversight when the SCIM provisioning integration was built in Entra (formerly Azure AD). However, it would be nice if automatic provisioning could read the phone number assigned to a user in RingCentral and set the user's phone number in Entra.
