  1. Create/ inject data directly into Salesforce as the call is happening. Automatically create a lead if no match found.

    Reason: this allow us to be sure that no call or lead are missed and it make sure out team reach back to the lead in the even that they handles more than 10 calls at a time

  2. The customer is attempting to integrate LeadSquared with RingCentral, but it appears that they need to contact the developer to set it up, as indicated on the App Gallery's "contact us" section.   7. We want to limit the USER APP settings to be changed. Only the Super Admin should have the ability to change Work Hours and After Hours.

    Currently, we turned off all User Settings in Roles but the User was still able to edit.

  8. Let say someone calls in to ext 101 and after few rings it goes to ext 102. If 102 did not answer the call from 101, it will go to ext 103, the customer wants to see on the salesforce that the call was originally from ext 101.

  10. We need a separate cell phone app for Texting so our employees can click one button to text. Currently, they need to open the Ring App and then find the text sub application then open a new text..

  12. Parked Call Visibility on RC or BT application

    It is more convenient for users to have visibility of parked calls using the desktop app.
    Sometimes, we tend to forget the location where we parked the call or we forget that we put the call on park. With this feature, we are aiming to reduce abandoned calls.

  14. Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

  16. As your platform is used in many different countries would it be possible to have an option to change the date from month/day/year to day/month/year. When pulling off reports from the portal this makes things confusing and takes additional time to correct and sort the date
