    We need our Salesforce to receive text messages rather than the RC application, is it possible for that

  2. Salesforce click to dial to accept extensions.

    This would be very use for anyone that is calling a specific person from their contacts that requires an extension. Old phone system we used had this feature with their Salesforce add-in. Example: 111-222-3333,1234This would dial the main number and after a brief pause the extension.

  4. RC not logging all call extentions in Salesforce

    We noticed that RC was not logging all calls. Only direct lines. We need to be able to automatically record all activty in Salesforce. Support said this is a known issue. Any progress as to when this will have a fix?

    RingCentral to forward calls via call2teams or native direct dial for PBX. We want the ability to receive the phone call to our MS Teams platform queue just like the users that are migrated to RingCentral with Teams PBX

  9. Microsoft Teams - Ring Central Scheduler Integration

    You can now access Ring Central within Microsoft Teams which is amazing and so helpful, however one small feature that isn't available yet is to use the Ring Central Scheduler option which is used to generate a Conference Call and a Toll Free number is generated. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to have a Teams Meeting and use the Ring Central Conference number so people can call into the Teams Meeting.

  12. Directory Lookup Method from RC to Five 9

    There's an integration using a SIP Trunk for Five9 to send RC ext calls , and Five 9 offers a directory lookup on their side, however , RC does not have a reverse path/route to have a similar directory lookup method just like Five9. It would be beneficial for an RC account with SIP Trunk integration with Five9 to have address book available to “search” for the list nor access an address book of Five9 agents.

    One of our largest customers uses Unanet CRM. We are working to migrate this customer from their Mitel Connect PBX to Ring Central, and this integration would provide us the additional leverage needed to make this migration happen!

  17. Add Rule for RingCentral Automator

    Please add additional rules for RingCentral Automator. For example, there should be a list of reply options such as "No" or "Yes" or "End this conversation". Additionally, replies with "To" should end the conversation and the user should receive a notification.

    Clinics in my area use this software listed for receiving faxes and be able to transfer these documents from their emails into their patient portal and share or transfer files through software as needed to be able to operate their clinic in a seamless manner.
