Aside for receiving text and email. We can add a phone call to receive the 6 digit code.
I have my 2factor for apple business set to contact my number. When it calls me for a code it will normally ring my phone and I pick up to get the code. Ever since we switched over I have not been receiving phone calls to get the code. It will just show up in my app as a missed call.

Notification of outage for API products e.g MS teams , PBX MS Team
Hi Team,The customer is requesting if it's possible to add a notification inside API products that we offer. if there's an outage on the integrated productthey will be notify right away and no need to call and report it to us so we could create a ticket about it.

Support site "Learn from Community" Unaccessable
Currently logged in to the support site and when accessing the Learn from Community we get an error "Your License Has ExpiredThe license you currently have installed for this TeamHub site has expired. Queue calls being tagged as answered by multiple users in SFDC(SFDC integrations with RC)
Queue calls being done through RC integrations with SFDC shows as if it is being answered by multiple users even though it is only being answered by one user extension. Upon checking the account , base on data being shown on admin portal's call logs. It register as the call that went through the call queue and is being answered by one extension which is working as intended, but when we check the tagging on SFDS is shows as if its being answered by multiple users within the call queue. Record of all actions per contact
It would be useful to have a record of all actions that take place for each contact. For instance: Date - outbound call @1:33pm - No Answer, sent text message @ 1:36pm (and what the text was). Or, Contact, date - conference call (the recording file attached), attendees, etc.

call can be forwarded to same mobile number multi times
Tmob number set up up voicemail to take effect after 5 rings. i would like to have a feature where i canforward calls from my extension to my mobile and would ring for 4 times and if no answer i would like that call to be forwarded on the same mobile number and ring for multi times. unfortunately that settings is not possible since TMob voicemail already kicking in

Textel Display Agent Name
Currently when texting with a guest, the name on the agent side shows up as our company name and not the actual user who texted with them previously. Enabling this would make it easier to know who a customer spoke with when texting someone in our organization.

Answering Service
We are a small business and if we aren't available our calls are routed to an answering service. If a call is missed, the answering service blames ring central and vice versa. It would be nice if there was an integration.

Remove the option to edit/sync account for archiver on User level
I would like to remove the options to edit or changed the Google Drive / Box, etc accounts set by the Super admin. Users are able to change the connected account on the archiver for their extension. I wan one account for archiver account wide.
