  9. Live transcription to be automatically added to the selected ticket when answering a call from Ring Central from within Zendesk.

    Currently, this automatically inputs the call details (Time, Inbound/Outbound, Duration) but it would be great if it could input the call transcription or a summary of this.

  12. Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).

    It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.

    This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

  18. We do not use all the Custom Objects that are installed with the managed package, so the Custom Objects are taking up valuable resources. It would great if the we have the option to delete/remove the Custom Objects that are not needed, especially Custom Objects for Activities.

  19. Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

  20. Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.
