  3. Customer had provided screen recording which you may find attached to this email as zip file.

    You can see that there is no option to "ask first" before transferring as the previous app allowed. A window in HubSpot with my contact profile also does not pop up like it used too, I realise I have multiple profiles however this is true for guests with only one profile too.

    If this does not help, then we can arrange a meeting with the customer directly.

  4. Integration with Loxo.co because that is what we use for our recruiting CRM. It is definitely gaining popularity. They already integrate with RingCentral but RingCentral does not integrate with them.

For people who have audio issues having the ability to review the call makes it easier for all of the Administrators to copy and paste the transcription and for people with auditory issues like hear or processing this could be a huge benefit for them. The current transcription will not record the entire call or evening download the entire call.

  10. Wealthbox is a CRM used by Financial Advisors to log tasks, calls, meetings, contacts, etc. We would like to intrgrate RingCentral with Wealthbox to streamline calling/messaging clients easier.

  11. I think a lot of the issues come from the integration not being used/coded to it’s fullest. Do you have teams dedicated to integration build-out (specifically for Salesforce implementation)? Either way, let me know and we can go from there!

  13. Customer has done de-authorizing their phone app multiple times and when they are logging in to the same device, it is giving them 'Limit Reached'. They wanted to have this removed as for the limit so they can use the phone app without any issues.

  18. This is currently only supported with Citrix, VMware and Azure (AVD/ Windows 365).
    Some customer are using regular remote desktop connections to RDS farms running Windows Server (2019/2022).
