  2. Security UX Bug Report: The 'Protect your account' modal explicitly instructs users to verify the URL is service.ringcentral.com. However, the OAuth flow redirects to login.ringcentral.com. This creates a trust-gap and trains users to ignore URL discrepancies, increasing phishing risk. Requesting the modal text be updated to include 'login.ringcentral.com' as a verified domain.

    Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

Despite our best efforts, building complex workflows remains a significant challenge, especially for non-technical users. Current methods require numerous clicks and detailed manual configuration, making intricate agentic AI flows, error handling, and third-party integrations time-consuming and out of reach for many.

  8. RingEx for Dynamics does not expose a separate “Log extension calls” (or similar) option in settings the way some other integrations (for example Zendesk) do. So, there is no in-app switch for agents or admins to exclude extension-to-extension or internal calls from logging in Dynamics.

  12. In scenarios we are given email addresses of the agent, and don't know the actual agent id, it would be helpful for APIs like /v1/admin/accounts/{accountId}/realTimeData/agent where we can pass a filter value, i.e. email that will return a subset.

  13. RingCentral would benefit from adding a conditional function in its Workflow Builder that detects when a customer reply consists solely of an emoji or a reaction to a previous SMS. In such cases, the workflow should have the option to suppress or halt automated responses, preventing unnecessary or repetitive messaging. This enhancement would improve customer experience by ensuring that automation remains context-aware and avoids responding inappropriately to non-textual interactions

  14. Disable email notification for MS Teams changes.

    For a couple of days now, I have gotten a message from service-uk@ringcentral.com saying first "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Disabled" and then "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Enabled", all while I have not done anything at all with Ring Central, nor have I done anything to the settings. Why is this happening? Can you please make it stop?
