  1. Right now, using the API, one can only send an SMS from the phone numbers associated with the credentials used to authenticate to the API. This is limiting because it requires implementers to manage a large set of credentials and use different credentials depending on the phone numbers they want to send SMS from.

    This idea would introduce the ability/permission for a RingCentral user with the SuperAdmin role to invoke the send SMS API to send messages from any phone number in the company (assuming that phone number is enabled for SMS via TCR).

    The RingCentral Support site has a wealth of documentation and resources, but finding the right information is still largely a manual process due to the lack of an AI-powered search engine.

    Problem:

  8. The Customer wants to have a specific option in the recurring setting in the Customized Workflow (Scheduled). Right now, it's only limited to "Every day" then "Every week". They also want an option when a certain keyword is sent through text that would disable the recurring feature in the same Workflow.
    They don't want to create multiple workflows per patient.

  12. automatically sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace

    I want to sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace without changing our current SCIM setup.
    I have some teams on Google Voice that need to be able to see our other teams on RingCentral for call handling.

    Importing via a .csv file is not effective as the file will need to be periodically downloaded from RingCentral, and then imported into Google Workspace.

  13. we need the ability to have more than just 25 templates. Our business uses templates to make the systems efficient. Just 25 sms is not enough. Also please allow us to organize templates alphabetically . Please have the ability to translate text messages from english to spanish.

  14. If a customer decides to close their account or move to Desktop/Phone app, it would be nice if Ring Central can take the phone back from us and we can trade it in for bill credits? If we are no longer using it because we switched to desktop app, then credits will be great but if it is no longer being used because of account closure, then a credit to the card on file would be good.

  19. Currently, we are only able to associate calls to a contact record. And even though all the call logs are saved against that contact record, it can become tedious to figure out which call is related to which deal. Moreover, sometimes a call needs to be linked to an email or a manual note, to give it more context and make it easily searchable.

    So an option to associate calls to other objects (Deals, Invoices, Emails, Notes, etc) in HubSpot would be very useful.
