  5. We need the ability to add a timer to DND setting. We have users who set this when on meetings or at lunch, but then they forget to change their status as available affecting the phone queues for everyone. The ability to clear the status after a selected time frame would be greatly appreciated so that it's not reliant on manual updates.

  8. Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.

    It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.

    Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

  9. Currently, agents are being logged out of the CXOne system when multiple browsers are open with CXOne running in each. We would like to request the ability to configure a setting that allows agents to remain logged in across multiple browser instances without being automatically logged out, improving flexibility and user experience.

  11. Arrive in the "Calls" section of the HubSpot inbox (this can neither be done through HubSpot's workflows nor manually moved into this section; instead an integration must place them there).   12. As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.

    After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.

    We need this vulnerabillity solved. Its a 2022 CVE so it should have been addressed prior to inventory going out.

  16. We have identified an issue where our system does not fully support call validation from Google. The problem occurs because Google begins playing the validation code before the call is actually answered. This happens due to the greeting that RingCentral plays before the app or phone starts ringing, leading to the code being provided before the call is picked up.

  17. is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.
