An error occurred while saving the comment Matt commentedAdd an icon or strong visual indicator that screen share is working so that people are confident they can start talking about the shared content. Additional feature request: Use a double checkmark, where the single check shows when the screen share is started, and the 2nd checkmark shows up when the system has confirmed the screen share is working for everyone else!

An error occurred while saving the comment Matt commentedUse case: The customer is using RingCentral for phone-only services right now and wants to gradually roll out "Message" capabilities to targeted user groups. The larger intention here is to move the company off of Teams for collaboration. The customer does has a tight data retention policy and will only keep 24 hours of RC App content. The "Workspace" tile in the RC App servers has no constructive purpose for the customer and is causing confusion with pilot users.Current limitations: The "Apps", "Workspace", and "Message" tiles are all tied to the "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" permission. There is no way to provision security role access to only "Message" without also showing them "Apps" and "Workspace"Feature request: Decouple the "Workspace" permission from "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" and assign it its own unique security role permission.Bonus feature request: Also, decouple the "Apps" permission from "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" and assign it its own unique security role permission that is separate from the one for "Workspace" and "Message".See the linked Google Doc for a breakdown of how hard it is for customers to be able to control access to RC App tiles.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HRPGBEP9ainhqxgD6lcvdnTX1RV8A8j7FFBrWrvmR4E/edit

An error occurred while saving the comment Matt commentedAllow the Administrator to see, upload, replace, and remove the profile photo that's been assigned to a user. For example, if a user has an inappropriate picture for their profile photo and the Admin has been asked to take it down immediately. Currently, that is a time consuming task because they have to log into the user's account and then update the photo. This becomes even more challenging when SSO is enabled.

Administrators need to see what Call Queues, Monitoring Groups, Shared Line Groups, Delegate Line Groups, Call Delegates, and Intercoms a user is a part of. Adding a new section to User Settings that shows Admin what Groups a user is a part of would rectify this. Additionally, it would be helpful to deep link the groups, so that Admins can jump directly into settings for that group or feature.
