An error occurred while saving the comment Lara Abarquez commentedCarrier Provider information in the SMS log to whom they are sending it to. Given that T-Mobile and AT&T have imposed limits on message sending per day, it would help them ensure that they haven't exceeded the daily capacity.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lara Abarquez commentedCUSTCOM-I-11494The customer would like to improve the hold time limit using the RingCentral Mobile App.Unlike on the RingCentral Desktop App, no time limit on how long they want to place the call on hold without auto disconnecting the call.The customer tested the hold time limit for their iPhone and Android phone and after 5 minutes of holding time the call is automatically disconnects.

When a call rings a Call Queue and a user picks up.
The call is tagged as a missed call, on devices that are not the ones that answered. In clients business, they call back clients numbers that are listed as missed call. They end up calling back clients that were already assisted.
