Turning off E2EE for phone calls in the desktop and web app or mobile
Currently, end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for phone calls in the RingCentral desktop, web, and mobile apps cannot be turned off once it has been enabled during an active call.
The customer has requested the ability to disable E2EE after it is turned on during the call, as there is currently no option to revert it back to standard encryption without ending the call.
This limitation affects call flexibility and access to certain features that are unavailable when E2EE is enabled.
