    Self-Explanatory. Have an option to Report SPAM calls and then have the RingCentral System BLOCK ALL CALLS originating from those numbers so subscribers don’t have to.“Block Number” is better than nothing, but that doesn’t solve the issue of the crazy amount of SPAM calls I’m sure everyone receives. Plus doesn’t do it for all accounts/numbers.

    Hello all, wanted to share this video with you, to see if it matches your needs!It’s only a minute long, but note that there is no audio. In this video, a call queue member “SZ” receives and answers a call from the Test 1 call queue.After about 10-15 seconds, you’ll see a call pop-up in the Call Queue Pickup section of the HUD. This is a 2nd call that “SZ” then answers from Test 1 call queue, which puts the first call on hold.If this meets your needs, please let us know.     It would be really useful if ALL Contact Folders would sync into the RingCentral App.Currently, ONLY contacts in the "Main/Default Contacts" Folder within Microsoft Outlook Contacts sync and show w/in the RingCentral App. If you have additional Contact Folders or Sub-contact Folders those contacts DO NOT show or come over into the app.That means NO Caller ID, NO easy way to callout/Ringout from a contact who doesn't show up in the RingCentral App, and so on. This WAS NOT and is NOT an issue in the old RingCentral Phone Desktop Software/App.*This doesn't appear to be an issue on the mobile app (phone app shows phone contacts), just the new RingCentral Web/Desktop Software/App.
