We have to use 3rd Party company to send urgent SMS to customers/ clients on the fly, while still on phone call.
This means signing up to another provider, and each time to send SMS, have to open another site, login and then send the messages
When will the SMS feature be implemented?

(even when logged into the RC App and ready to take calls)Instead of going to Invisible, it should go to a status like IDLE
and lets say if the there is no activity after a few hours, then status should be changed to 'No Activity' or something like this
This will give a clear picture of the agent status.

and lets say if the there is no activity after a few hours, then status should be changed to 'No Activity' or something like this

It is such a nuisance, Each time to send sms, have to login to another portal :(
