We could use contact "Tags" as well, So we could pull up certain contacts that have a specific tag, Like "Clients", "Prospects" etc..

Great point, Once you click on a contact you should be able to see all the information including company name.

I have been waiting for this feature for years, for being a multimillion dollar tech company it is taking them years to create this feature. We use RC for Voice and another provider for SMS/MMS messages, that means an extra desktop application to juggle through, besides the additional service fee for the other provider. Missed opportunity for RC to add the feature as an Add On, I will be willing to pay more.
I think not all users are aware of this ideas platform, I have been a RC user for many years and just discovered it, otherwise the votes would be much higher than the 45 votes at the time of my writing.

I know!!!! Right not you have to upload the contacts manually but if one user adds or updates a contact in his/her extension it will not update in the other extensions, maybe allow Admins or Super Admins to do this, this way it does not create discrepancies. But, definitely we need to be able to Sync across the extensions.

I believe this is an existing feature, I have used it, not sure why the RC team is not responding to this request though.
This idea is running around in several versions, it seems an update is coming by end of 2024, hopefully.
