Right now, the HubSpot–RingCentral contact sync only adds contacts to the admin’s personal directory, so other users can’t see them. The RingCentral team suggested exporting the synced contacts as a CSV and importing them under the company directory, but as a fast-growing business with contacts being added and updated daily, that process is very time consuming.
This limitation is critical, as it directly impacts our team’s ability to access up-to-date contact information and communicate efficiently. It would make a huge difference if synced contacts could populate a shared or company-wide directory instead of just the admin’s personal one. Setting up individual syncs isn’t an option, since not all users can be admins on both platforms.
