    Call Recordings for RingCentral are available for playback within the HubSpot ecosystem for each call recording and object that is created with a recording. The recording is always stored on the RingCentral side and is not available to be stored within the HubSpot environment due to storage limits

    Here's a possible post:

    Hey everyone,

    I've noticed that the current SMS logs in RingEX only include metadata like sender, recipient, and timestamp, but not the message content itself, unless you have access to Archiver. This creates an issue, as it's difficult to conduct thorough audits, internal reviews, or troubleshoot communication problems without the full message context.

    Many users don't have access to Archiver, which leads to an uneven experience and limits transparency.

    To address this, I propose that we include the SMS message content in downloadable logs. Alternatively, we could explore a lightweight version of Archiver or a new feature that allows all accounts to easily retrieve messages.

    This would provide more equitable access to communication data, improve our ability to monitor and manage SMS usage, and ultimately strengthen trust and accountability within the platform.

    very important could effect other domains connected email flows
