  4. Whilst trying to search for an existing idea to up vote the amount of returned ideas was overwhelming and not relevant to the actual idea which makes this feature less than optimum.
    1) Consolidation of similar, the submitter can exclude their idea if feel not the same.
    2) We only use RC via the MS Teams Plug-in, therefore would be good to be able to focus on idea about that product.

  5. Customer requests call forwarding from User extension to an External number. If no answer, they should be able to leave a voicemail to their RingCentral Voicemailbox.

  7. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his RC Application.

  8. The ability to configure the app/desk phone where the volume remains the same when there is an additional incoming call.

    Right now, if an agent is on a call and a call comes in on the back line, the volume significantly decreases on the active call.

  11. It would be great to have the ability to schedule more than one call forwarding instance at a time for a single site/number.

    For example I have a site that just requested 6 separate days worth of forwarding but each day the call goes to a different one of our sites plus the start and end times differ from one another. Would be great to be able to schedule more than one at a time as this would lessen the work load of admins who handle these.

  17. Users do not make a distinction between external/personal contacts and internal/company contacts. And in the apps, all personal and company contacts are found together.
    Since the feature states 'Ask for a name when: Not in contact list' this setting is ambiguous for users.

    I would suggest that this should be raised as a bug.
    Either callers in the company directory should NOT be screened.
    Or, the feature text needs to clarify that this only applies to personal contacts, and company contacts will still be screened

  20. From a law firm:

    For the past month
    they are unable to receive calls from jail
    - The call would come in and when they press 1 to accept the call
    - they would hear a prompt error message that says: RingCentral does not support incoming calls from Prison

    • as of the moment - No Resolution is available - even if we enable call screening we cannot customize the announcement or prompt our vendor does not support incoming calls from Prison
