  8. Example:
    Customer needs to sometimes move users between Sites (in the admin portal)

    When creating a site, it prompts users to select a cost center to tie to the site.

    Once a user is moved from Site A to Site B, the expectation is that the cost Center would automatically adjust from Cost Center C to Cost Center D.

    This is not the case.
    A user is moved from Site A (which is tied to Cost Center C), to to Site B (Tied to Cost center D). While they are moved from Site A to Site B, the Cost center…

  13. I only want to Modify users but not the permission for them to have the ability to both add and remove extensions. We definitely do not want them to have that capability. Only super admins should be able to do that.

  17. For each site we have a set of DDI’s we always match the extn to the DDI, for example for my site my extn is 36605 and my DDI NNN NNN3 6605.

    Therefore when creating a New Users it would be useful to:

    1) Limit the extns presented automatically to the available range.
    Occasionally we may use something outside that range for a non DDI purpose so make overriding the presented extn?

    2) To present the next available extn within that range, ATM we have 36899 configured so 36900 is presented but there are many free extns within that range…

  18. The Admin should have the capability to deactivate the fax feature for the entire account via the admin portal. At present, there is no functionality available to disable or re-enable the fax feature within the service web interface.

  19. Currently when you apply a key template this overwrites any custom presence keys we have applied for the users. We would like to apply a key template without overriding existing presence keys.

  20. please restrict outgoing phone calls for an actual number - so we can keep on adding telephone numbers for restricting.

    We do not want to be able to dial or call numbers that are on the UK Telephone Preferential System TPS and we have entered into a blocked number for outgoing calls.
