  1. For RingCentral to add Nationwide calling to 310xxx numbers for Canada only. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use these phone numbers. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX

  2. Our company was set up with 3-digit speed dials for some of our affiliate locations. The current Ring Central app does not allow us to "look up" or view these speed dials. As such, the user has to know the 3-digit code for the specific location in order to use it. These speed dials should be able to be searched like when searching for another user, where one can type either the name or Ring Central brigs up available/possible options as the user starts typing number digits.   3. Ability to transfer a user's text messages to another

    I was using the chat bot but wanted to get a straight answer. Is it possible to transfer all of the text messages the a user has had with multiple individuals to another user? For better phrasing, all of the text conversations from one user to another?

The amount of characters in the contacts notes field shortened substantially and deleted large portions of client contextual notes history, we really need as many contact notes field characters as possible, how do we enable a higher amount of these simple text notes characters for this critical field? Please let us know.

  7. In the RingEx desktop app under Call Rules and Voicemail you can 'Forward all calls'. We've been advised by Ring Tech Support that this does not work if the incoming call comes via a Call Queue. This could be misleading if a user expects this to work and does not test first.

    Could this either be changed so call queue calls are also forwarded or at least the description of 'Forward all calls' be annotated to advise as such.

  9. Previously the dialpad was available on the HUD tab. this was convenient. the new layout removes this and changes the HUD from a clean list to a multi column setup which feels more cluttered.

    while we are able to add quick contacts on the dialpad tab, this lacks the more complete information the HUD tab provides for when people are on a call.

    allowing more control over how these lists of contacts are displayed (as a list or multiple columns) would be great.

  10. Disable the Accidental Key Press

    If we can disable the key press where in if the caller accidentally press any number or dial key it will do nothing and will not be routed or transferred to other extension where the call is not intended for.

  11. Extend ATA support to credit card processing devices. When asking about porting these devices over to RingCentral, I was informed they should be replaced with units that use Ethernet instead of telephone. Being able to port them as is by using an ATA adapter would have been preferred.

  12. Decline call at the same time in Desk phone and RingCentral Application

    for my service, i have desk phone, mobile app and desktop app setup for RingCentral. When get a call, if I shoot to choose decline, send to voicemail or silence on one device. The other devices keep ringing. Need this so that action is on all devices.

  13. @ mention and hyperlink content in initial message from the "create/draft message" button from messaging home screen. currently when creating a "New Message" - you cannot tag teammates or hyperlink content, you are required to search a specific group or team member and then select an existing conversation or tag (@mention) / include hyperlinks in a follow up message.

  15. We want to have a feature to Automatically mark numbers as spam on the caller ID.

    Someone must have turned something on because now most of them are coming in as "Suspected Robocall". As a salesperson, I cannot just not answer calls with no caller ID. That would be taking a chance a prospective client would be interested in our services and some don't leave messages.

  20. We are using another provider to be able to share our main number sms inbox, I learned that an update will be coming soon that will allow users to share an inbox, that is great!.

    But, we also need to be able to send a mass texts to our contacts, to announce office closure, holiday greetings or other business related announcements.

    This feature will get RC close to being a one stop option for Voice/Text service.
