Disable the Accidental Key Press
If we can disable the key press where in if the caller accidentally press any number or dial key it will do nothing and will not be routed or transferred to other extension where the call is not intended for.

This is affecting our business as well. We dont have vmail on a lot of extensions because they are only for paging and outbound calls not inbound calls so leaving voicemails on extension makes caller believe someone is going to respond. The never will because the phone is not tied to any user.

There should be a way to disable this! I have not seen any documentation explaining the behavior of this, so I was unaware this was happening. I had Message Only Extensions that were not enabled/active, but apparently they were not disabled either. The result was a caller was able to press keys and get an old, outdated holiday greeting.
