Remove the option to change outbound Caller id on App
Please allow admin to restrict users in changing their outbound caller using App. We can create a custom role to restrict outbound caller id but is only applicable on admin portal and they are still able to change it using the app.

We have multiple callers and we assign numbers and sometimes they will accidentally call from the main number. We don't want people calling from the main number as it would eventually make it spam and people would block the main line. I'd like to have the option to take it out the key pad from the call from option.

To put it simply, I connected a phone number to an inbound queue that I created. I want that phone number to be inbound only and not have an outbound ability. I set it up and now my agents connected to that queue have the option to call from that number. If they unknowingly call from that number and the client sometime calls back later, there's a high chance they won't reach the intended agent of mine in which they already have a relationship with. Every company should share a goal, and that is to limit the amount of user error. The caller id shouldn't pop up on their phone if I don't want it to. This would be a great feature.

Would like to lock down users to only be able to call out from one phone number.

We have Multi Site and we assigned numbers to IVR menus but the users under that Site still can see the phone numbers and they use it as caller id. We want to have a settings to limit the view of the users that they only see their direct line or numbers under auto-receptionist.

I agree. We would like to remove the option to change Outbound caller ID on app. It used to only show direct number and main company number and doesn't show the rest of the company numbers which are unassigned..
