Transfer call queue voicemails to external number during business hours
Within Call Queues there is an option for After Hours to forward voicemails to external numbers. During work hours you can send voicemails to the Call Queues extension or another extension. The customer would like the option during work hours to forward voicemails to external numbers.

We have a fairly complex routing structure which forwards sales calls into our main published numbers to two different live answering services depending upon the hours of the day and days of the week (if we don't pick up within a set period of time during work hours and when our staff is not working). The rules are set up well on the call queue, but, for after hours, there's no way to forward those calls internally back to the call queue so those rules can be applied. Being able to route the after hours to an internal queue would be very helpful.
