Auto reply SMS to missed calls
I would like to have an auto reply text message sent out for a call that is missed to the customer who placed the call.

Customers and outsiders are constantly sending text messages to our main line. It would be beneficial to have an automated reply back asking to please call that this number does not accept text messages.

This feature is critical for our clients who call rather than email. Sometimes the office is closed and they don’t realize it because we don’t have an auto/reply

When the client is away (on vacation) and receives a text message, rc app will send an auto-reply message to the sender.

It helps to make client more respected or you can include in message other important information so that you could automatically redirect lead/client.

as a healthcare professional, texting is not HIPAA compliant… Yet it is a major method of communication. It would be IMMENSELY helpful if I had an auto reply to texts that stated “Auto response: Please be aware Dr Koppa does not reply to text messaging. If this is an emergency please call 911. Otherwise Dr Koppa may be reached via phone at … or through her website at …” PLEASE DO THIS FOR ME 🙏🏼

We've seen market research that businesses have saved thousands of dollars a month through automated missed call text responses by getting bookings and closings from people they otherwise would've missed. We own a gym and having an avenue to say "sorry we missed your call, we're on the phone with another client. how can we help you?" would be a game changer

I have asked about this option in the past. Are there any plans where user extensions can automatically flash a call back via text messaging on a missed call? We have been using Phonewagon as a work around but would like to keep it all unison on 1 system. Telzio also offers similar features and is a possible migration to move our whole system. We have been with ringcentral over 10 years and like it here. Hoping for insight on a future feature addition.
