Call Log Sync from RingCentral Mobile App to Salesforce
Use Case: As an Insurance Agent, I want to be able to make calls from the RingCentral Mobile App and have the call logs sync to Salesforce to allow for my manager to generate activity reports. Current functionality does not allow call log activities taken on the RingCentral Mobile App to sync call log activities to Salesforce. The user is looking to run reports in Salesforce to have a more comprehensive overview of their insurance agents. This will greatly help to view agent productivity by seeing all activity within Salesforce.

I have installed RingCentral application in salesforce and its working fine i can make call and send messages to contacts, leads or accounts. From salesforce I can see the names of contacts, leads or accounts from salesforce who i had conversation or whom i have called or who is calling or texting me. But when I install the ring central app in my mobile phone i cant see the names of contacts, leads or accounts who are calling or texting me so is there any way i can get contacts, leads or accounts names in my ring central mobile application.

The request is that, when a call is initiated from the mobile app, it auto creates a task with the call details and memorializes this in Salesforce. This would be above and beyond the "offline logging feature" currently offered.
