There's already the text option within your app, so why not make it work?I have tested with the Danish number, and I wasn't able to see the SMS in the app. You can always charge more for the functionality, and please don't just make it NA numbers for NA only, or EMEA for EMEA numbers only. It's a big world, and we all need to communicate over borders.

Since most of our client coordination is on text, getting the UK number wasn't of much use.Hoping to get SMS feature added to UK numbers soon.

Voicemails can be delivered by email but there is no option for SMS delivery. When I asked RingCentral Support, I was told SMS delivery of voicemails is not possible in the UK

I currently work in a US based office, but the company and our account is based in the UK. My primary phone for my line is a US number. However, I am unable to send SMS messages because the master account is based in the UK. This is quite an arbitrary restriction and should be removed for US lines.
