Group text for incoming SMS to main number
We have potential and existing customers who would like to be able to receive texts on their main company number and have them be distributed to multiple internal and/or external SMS numbers. They would also like to be able to reply to these texts from the main number in order to create a thread for the entire group to see.

It would great to have this feature implemented. Rather than just one phone extension, the ability to send to multiple would be beneficial.
If this cannot be accomplished, then perhaps allow the ability to send to an email address - the email address could then possibly be an email forward to multiple individuals.

Hi. It would be wonderful if the platform allowed users to 'select' more than one team member, in regard to receiving SMS messages when clients/customers text our business phone number. At this time, the platform only allows for one user at a time to receive those SMS messages. Please make it possible.

As the others have stated, if my team uses our company main as their "text" number, everyone needs to be able to see the response to that number.

Texting- have the ability to send text from the company main number or as the user number just like when you make a call to someone. As well as when you text from either number you can view, text and receive all text from that number. If I want to send a text from user 102 showing as main company phone number to the person that receives it then I also need to be able to see the replies. I shouldn't have to give half my team a new phone number just because they are a different extension through our auto receptitionist. We only have one company phone number so everyone should be able to see all text for the user they chose to send text as.

Hello, I have a need to have multiple extensions be able to send and receive SMS texts as the main office number. I see I can set one user's extension in the Auto Attendant General Settings. Can I have more than one user with that ability?
