We get re-accredited every 3 years and it is important to be able to pull 3 years worth of data during an inspection.

Our firm has requested fax by email to have no data retention. We would like the ability to have ring central not save any of our faxes on their servers.

Our clients are requesting for the time frame of call retention to be 30 days.

Allow longer time for retention of FAX data, and/or ability to have the fax data (including copies of sent pages) automatically sent to a designated cloud file for permanent retention.

We are looking to see if RingCentral can adjust server side retention timing for voicemails, SMS, messaging, and meetings to align with our policy and reduce over retention.

Needed to comply with California Public Records ACT

This is a critical feature for companies that fall under the Public Records Act. All government agencies as well as some subsidiaries, need to be able to have these automatically deleted so we don't have to search through months/years of text for a records request.

SMS retention should be able to be purchased for unlimited time. This would increase revenue for RC in monthly storage.

This would allow us to easily resend fax correspondence, we often need this capability after 30 days which is current limit.
