Shared Fax on different credentials
I would like to have feature of sharing to company fax access to all users.

This is extremely important, and the absence of which precludes businesses that are HIPAA-compliant from using your service, as only one user can view the faxes received, and with the HIPAA package offered by RingCentral, faxes cannot be sent to any email addresses.

Upvoted! We’re in the process of migrating over 60 fax lines to RingCentral and would really benefit from a centralized way to view and manage fax messages—ideally via the RingCentral Desktop App, similar to how voicemail co-recipient access works. Having to log into each fax-only user or rely on shared mailboxes isn’t scalable or user-friendly. A shared fax inbox or admin-accessible dashboard would be a game-changer.
