RingEX as a whole is still lacking very basic options to handle inbound calling rules. It's 2025! Sure AI is all the buzz, but please, please take a hard look at how flexible ShoreTel (Mitel), 3CX, Zultys, and many others offer the users to customize inbound call handling.
