Ring Groups to have its own tab under "Phone System/Groups"
Ring Groups to have their own tab under the "Phone System/Groups". It is odd that to have this functionality you need to go to the "Users with Extensions" tab and have specific labeling so you know its a group and not just a user with extension. This feature is heavily used in almost all on prem systems and should be under its own category under the phone system / groups. This would be beneficial both for end users and admin organization and ease of use/finding the difference between users setup as normal extensions and specifically for Ring Groups.

Ringing a group of phones is basic PBX functionality. The fact that RingCentral doesn't have this at all, except by kludgy workarounds, is a serious and unacceptable deficiency. The workarounds are currently: making one extension simultaneously ring other extensions (which is not always desirable)... or using a Call Queue (which doesn't ring people who are already on the phone, and also has the unintended consequence of putting incoming callers on hold indefinitely, if not carefully controlled). A simple "Ring Group" feature as its own phone system target would be much more standard and fill this blatant hole in RingCentral's functionality.
