Create contact groups to send bulk text messages
According to your site you allow up to 100 receiptients for bulk text messages. There should be a way to create contact groups so if you need to send text messages to a group of people on a regular basis, you can simply select that group and send the message. Similar to teams, however, these recipents do not have RC accounts, but still need to receive text messages from an RC phone number.

for example I have 100 contacts - 10 are "leaders" - 30 are regular "members" - and the other 60 are "visitors". Having groups that I can easily add contacts to and remove from and being able to send a text (sms) to people in those groups would be amazing. No one else out there offers a simple solution like this that also has access via website and mobile app. Please get this functionality added or I will have to look elsewhere for a solution - or build it myself. You already have the ability to text multiple people but you have to select individually and if you need to add someone or delete someone you have to start a whole new text conversation and add all the individuals again.

...ed a messgae withoit having to retype all ten numbers a second time. Any business that needs to send text messages to a team, etc.

For managers/company owners who manages people on different location. So they can easily send text message by choosing group instead of adding recipient manually while keeping the confidentiality of everybody.

I would like to be able to send information to hundreds of clients on a regular basis. Flyers, Announcements etc. Currently I can create a group text (recommended only up to 10 at a time) and send it out as individual texts so that phone numbers remain private. I would like to save these groups so that I don't have to re-enter 10 phone numbers again everytime I need to send a group text. We should be able to save group texts so that we can send new information to the groups without having to re-type numbers over and over again.

Its really helpfull if there is option to create contact groups. I bought service for my Apartment rental business. we have 3 building ( A B and C). each building has 12 tenant . As a example If we dont have hot water in Building A , than right now to do bulk message i have to select each 12 number as a recipient. If Ring central has option to create contact group than i put all 12 contact in BUILDING A group so whenever i want to send notification all i have to select BUILDING A group , so i can select all 12 tenant contact with one click.
