This is a very valuable feature, especially when supporting employees who have strong accents and who are not good communicators.

As a busy office, it is vital that we find ways of time saving - currently, having to waste time looking up numbers to input into a desk phone in order to call our clients, is not working for us.
We would like the process to be simpler, quicker and effective by having any contacts on the portal, transferred over to the desktop phone and vice versa -

When I work from home I use the softphone on my laptop. At at the office, I use an actual Yealink phone purchased from Ring Central. I wo uld love the ability to sync the contacts from my softphone to my desk phone and visa versa.

When user information is updated on RingCentral platform, this new information would sync with desktop phones. I am noticing that this new information will sync with the app on my cell phone, but not on my Yealink T485 desk phone.
