Background noise cancellation
It would be great for RingCentral to filter out background noise. For example, if I'm speaking while in my car via the mobile app or via ring-out to my phone, the other party should not hear the the car engine, honking, door chime, door shut, etc. If I'm walking on a treadmill, they should not hear the treadmill. They shouldn't hear kids in the other room, a dog barking, coughing, keyboard tapping etc. This should work via all channels, i.e., desktop soft phone (Mac), mobile app, ring-out. Thus I would imagine this feature will need to be implemented within your datacenter backend, particularly since ring-out doesn't use your software on the client.Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet both offer noise cancellation for meetings, using AI in their datacenters.

It would be great if there is a feature on the RingCentral Application for noise cancellation on the phone calls settings not only for the RingCentral Video

Within the older version of the RC phone app, you were able to toggle off the 'Automatically adjust microphone'. This feature is missing from the newer glip application which causes issues with some headset's where it sets the sensitivity so high all background noise's, conversations, keyboard typing etc are picked up. Microsoft teams had a similar issue until they recently added the ability to turn this feature off.

Within RC meetings, you can set a level to suppress background noise. Can a similar feature be added for the phone part of the application?

You should add a feature to cancel any background noise. It annoys our customers to hear noises bc it interrupts our conversation over the phone.
