TCPA compliance.

We would like to request a feature that allows administrators to restrict users from making outbound calls or sending text messages outside of TCPA-compliant hours (typically 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time of the recipient).
This feature would help ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by preventing accidental outreach to contacts during restricted hours, reducing legal risk and improving customer trust.
Implementing this feature would significantly reduce the risk of TCPA violations and support responsible communication practices across the organization.

the TCPA requires that we avoid contacting individuals who have opted out of our services. Ensuring compliance with these federal regulations is critical, and relying on manual processes introduces unacceptable risk due to the potential for human error or misuse.
As our VoIP provider, we value your services and recognize that your role as a carrier involves certain legal responsibilities as well. To help us meet these obligations, we are requesting the implementation of a platform-level outbound call blacklist including SMS and any other means of communication to clients who opt-outed out from either communication. This would enable us to prevent calls to opted-out numbers with greater accuracy and consistency, helping us stay fully compliant with the TCPA.
