SMS outbound caller ID name needs to reflect the company name.
This needs to be a feature that can be edited.

Please allow the feature allowing our caller ID to show up when we send a text message. We have been using text more when reaching out to our existing customers, and it is vital that the caller ID shows so that existing customers do not opt out of text communication.

As we are health sector patient receiving the text message by our company name will have a green flag to patient to trust the text messages we are sharing. So it should be implemented as soon as possible.
