Add more than 15 mins wait time in call queue
Add more than 15 mins wait time in call queue. This will allow the callers to stay on queue instead of calling back again.

Simple let Call Que Time not end or have at least 30-45minute option. We get tons of high call volume.

Agree 100% - 15 minutes is way too short.I also submitted this idea today. We are not able to switch to "RC Contact Center", so the 15 min wait times needs to be implemented in the regular RC portal.

At present the max wait time for customers is 15 minutes (confirmed with RC support)Baffles me, as why only allow 15 minutes, yes no one wants to rally stay in a queue for long, but 15 minutes is not enough. Can we please get the ability to increase this to min. 45 minutes or better 60 minutes?If you call a e.g. Airlines today, wait times are 45+ minutes - so certainly no Airline is using Ring Central today as Call Center Software?

I cannot stress enough the importance of having a longer wait time for customers in queue. Can this be extended to 30 mins? 15 mins is too short and we are losing customers!

Please do this. We need this badly. I don't want someone to ring out because then they lose their priority place in the queue.
