Desk Phone Pairing and Inbound Calls
With 'Desk Phone Pairing' enabled, please provide the ability for the user to answer the call with their desk phone and still have all the active dial pad features on their softphone vs. having to answer on the softphone to enable the dial pad features.

My organization has the same complaint and we are also coming from Mitel's unfortunately discontinued Mitel Connect product which had this feature in their desktop application/softphone. It worked extremely well and was really convenient, especially for our receptionist.

I had a customer complain about this today as well, as they are coming from MiVC and they are accustomed to having the ability to manuipulate a call from a client. PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN
