Share MAC audio in the RingCentral Video Meeting
Need to share MAC audio in the RingCentral Video Meeting. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.

I can't wrap my mind around how this is not a feature for Mac users.
As the AI assistant explained it, it's not just that you can only share audio from a Chrome of Edge browser tab, you have to be using RingCentral in Chrome or Edge, not the RC app.
This is such a basic function, one that, on Zoom, takes only one click of a checkbox (share audio), and has existed there for years.
The AI assistant recommended I purchase LoopBack (for $100), audio routing software for my mac. Sorry, no. RC can pay for that for me if they want to keep me as a customer, or make this basic fix.
I will be considering switching meeting providers if this can't be solved quickly.
