Until recently the Dial Pad would pin itself (as it were) to the RC desktop app I use all day most days. For the last 2 months or so it no longer stays open; after every call the Dial Pad closes and I have to open it manually. I discovered the 'Alt-D' keystroke operation to pull itup but, still, it's an efficiency and workflow interruptor made the more annoying because it was fine until recently.@DevOps, please change the Dial Pad so that if it's opened in the first instance, it simply stays open until it's closed manually. It seems this is the most reasonable adjustment. It shouldn't close automatically if your users open it. Opened manually, it should then be closed manually as well.

Every time we end a phone call the dialer keypad disappears. In order to make the next phone call we need to click on the keypad again. I know it's just one more click, but when you are making 100 phone calls in a day that's a lot of clicks. Thank you for your consideration.

We've noticed after an update the dial pad will minimize during a call in the desktop app. It was much easier the way it was before.

Two things on the dial pad for the soft phone in the app....the fact that it pops up in the middle of the application, covering other details behind it is beyond stupid. Why would you do that? What if I want that information? Do I really need to minimize my phone pad to get to it? Really dumb.relatedly, I am constantly opening now windows and covering my ringcentral while I'm working. When my call ends, I struggle to figure out which window I need to click on in order to open it up and hang up. You should add a way to 1) open the dial pad on it's own, outside of the RC app window and 2) lock it in place, on top of everything else I might open. That way it's always there.

dial pad should be under make a call button and stay there...it doesnt need to block the screen when in use.
