This is critical for us and it seems that you advertise this being possible (AI thinks so!) if the call has been accidentally delated that you can get it back within 5 days. There's certainly a 'deleted' tab. Please bring this in asap.

-clients can make sure their calls are recorded even it it was not enabled in the service web*calls would be recorded and clients can request to retrieve it on our end
