Option to launch an external URL automatically or by user input
In the RingCentral app, if the "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" option is toggled on, it will launch automatically for all inbound calls. It would be nice to have a checkbox to control whether the web page launches automatically, or upon the user clicking a notification to accept. This will enable the user to skip launch on any inter-company or non-customer related calls.

Our current "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" setting in the RingCentral app will automatically launch the external app/URL when an inbound call comes through. However, our competitors that The Davey Tree has in their potential vendors list instead grant the user the option of whether or not they want the external app/URL to launch. This enables users to accept non-customer calls without the system automatically launching a webpage. This is one minor difference they have seen when comparing us to other solutions, and it is a pain point for them. See below for full explanation from customer:"We're finding pretty close feature parity between the solutions we're evaluating.. however there's one minor feature that really bugs me that the other guys handle more elegantly than Ring Central. When you configure the RC desktop app to launch a webpage when the phone rings, the page just launches without warning. The other guys pop a little notification box by the system tray that you can optionally click if you want it to launch. This lets you skip launch on inter-company calls and other non-customer related calls. I'd love to see Ring Central add a checkbox in the config to control whether the web page launches automatically or only upon user clicking a notification. To bridge the gap until we implement a fuller integration with CRM, we could use this kind of popup functionality to mimic our existing CRM screen pop application"
