disable the external call from limited extension/common area phone
would like the limited extension/ common area phone to have limited access for inbound and outbound calls (unable to receive external phone call and outbound call for external numbers unless its emergency 911)

I need the capability to restrict outbound calls on limited extensions. When the handset is picked up, we need the phones to automatically dial a predetermined internal extension. No inbound calls or external outbound calling. We were told this would be available to us during the Mitel RC merge.
