Poly Rove 30
The Ring Central corporate directory is not yet available with Polyrave 30. It makes the phone less than ideal to deploy when users can't access the directory to call internal employees. It is a feature all our other poly devices support. The devices is undeployable till we have this feature

We have one Poly Rove 40 in our RC implementation and it does have access to the corporate directory. It isn't "one-touch". On the phone we have to select the Contacts menu, then Select Central Directory. It takes a number of moments to get to a search screen. You then have to type in 2-4 characters and click search to get a hit list of internal contacts. It isn't as graceful as the Shoretel IP9xx wireless phones and their access to the corporate directory, but it does function.
