I need to receive a text message from PayPal To finalize an account. But my business number is not getting the text (One Time Password)

    Customer's requesting to receive OTP from Walmart

    How was this implemented? We are unable to receive SMS from shortcode numbers.

    Was this implemented for ALL shortcode types? As of yesterday I was told by RingCentral that there are different types of short codes and they are currently unable to receive Verification short codes.
