    Customer's requesting to receive OTP from Walmart

    How was this implemented? We are unable to receive SMS from shortcode numbers.

    Was this implemented for ALL shortcode types? As of yesterday I was told by RingCentral that there are different types of short codes and they are currently unable to receive Verification short codes.
