I don't understand when in the world this went away. I have been receiving the codes for a long time and all of a sudden, either is not getting to us or sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. That is not acceptable.

Was this implemented for ALL shortcode types? As of yesterday I was told by RingCentral that there are different types of short codes and they are currently unable to receive Verification short codes.
