Disable DTMF Codes/Shortcuts

Hi,Could there be a way to disable DTMF codes? We have to test a fire alarm which includes pressing * when entering a code which then activates the DTMF shortcut rather than what we need the * function for.

    Hi, I would like to see if this becomes possible.

    Hi, disable this function because we have had people trying to access staff voicemails. This also interferes with staff because the calls ring once or twice depending on how long it takes this caller to press the * key to get the voicemail login menu. Many probably dont use this and it just creates a nuisance for others.

    Having the ability to toggle off the DTMF shortcuts would be a good feature for my customers, as they use certain keystrokes to program devices. For example, # # is currently a shortcut to put the caller on hold.
