Themes for the new Desktop App
We have been using Classic (Glip) for our team messaging and do not like the new Desktop App replacement because it lacks the ability to change Themes or to customize the layout/colors in any way other than accepting the 'light' or 'dark' modes, neither of which are either pleasing or suitable. Please consider adding back in the ability to change the Theme, or to modify the background and font colors on each section.

I want the ability to distinguish between conversations at a glance and be less likely to accidently message the wrong person. The status of this idea indicates 'Implemented', however, I see no place to make the changes and the Help Center search bar gives no obvious results on this topic. Therefore, I'd like to bring this back up for consideration.

I would like to have the same theme in Jupiter and RCV because in the sun I have Jupiter with a light theme, in RCV - a dark, it is very difficult to look at the screen in this case.

I am having a hard time with the current theme options. I would prefer a dark theme with an off gray or blue, and a header color to separate areas on the screen. It's also hard to tell contact status at times, as the green is too similar for my eyes. Having custom themes would be super helpful.

Becky & Mary,The "Color Theme" High contrast is a slight improvement in the visibility of the green "Available" status vs. the gray "Invisible" status. However, the High contrast theme has other viewing challenges. Please review the comments on this idea posting:Contact presence should be more descriptive than just a colored dot (CUSTCOM-I-2410)to improve your application's accessibility, without relying only upon color. Thanks~

Hi Everyone, in addition to the dark theme, three light-colored themes were added with the latest RingCentral App feature release.

I just uploaded the latest version of the desktop app. Is there a way to change the appearance? The colors are really harsh
